Halloween

Halloween was pretty fun except that Eric couldn't come because he had strep throat. Keira walked for most of the time, except when Noah...I mean Buzz Lightyear got tired, then she wanted to be carried too. She went as a fairy, but told everyone she's a princess. She saw a girl dressed up as Cinderella and said, "Hi, princess". She was really good at the "Trick or Treat" part...she just didn't understand that only one piece of candy per house. She tried a few times to get more by saying "Trick or Treat" again...what can I say, she has my sweet tooth.
My camera got all foggy when we went outside. Noah and Keira getting ready to get going. I was lucky to have found Keira's costume...it's perfect for the weather here. You'd thing they would sell warm weather costumes here. Noah had to take his off half way through b/c he got too hot.

She had silver glitter and silver stars with a green ribbon in her hair. Krystal (she's a hair stylist) did her hair for her. She prefers Krystal to do her hair...whenever I try to comb or put her hair up she says, "Mom, Miss Krystal can do it for me". Nice, huh. Although it's nice to run over when I mess up trimming Keira's hair. Keira won't let me cut her hair anymore.

Here she is, practicing her "I'm-so-cute-you-have-to-give-me-more-candy" look. It worked. At the end of the night, when we were driving home, she saw some people outside still giving out candy. So, we walked over and on of the guys dumped the whole bowl into her bag and then half of the neighbors (we live in a four-plex so he was taking care of the neighbor's candy as well) bowl. Good thing I brought a pillow sack.

Going up to a house. I liked this year a lot better than last b/c I didn't have to go with her as much up to the houses.

I did when she'd get scared. No problem for Buzz Lightyear though.

"Please can I have some more??" Biggest problem this year...trying to get more. By the end of the night she had it down...then that one guy...giving her a whole bowl. What was he thinking?
