Katsuren Castle Ruins

We went to these castle ruins a few weeks ago. They were pretty cool...it's always interesting to me to see how people lived way back when. This castle was built around 1457. It was destroyed when the king tried to take down another king south of here (the castle with the big red roof which they have replicated now). So, here are a few pics.
