We felt a little guilty about not having a party for Keira (there is a kid's party here every week so that's what she thinks needs to happen for a birthday), so Eric went a little crazy with the decorations. He even got the Tinkerbell confetti. She really loved it though, especially the balloons.

Eric made her cake this year. He did a really good job...too bad it started to sink in the middle and the frosting started to melt b/c of the heat in the kitchen. The Tinkerbell on top is her first Christmas ornament.

Hard at work.

So excited to be finally 4. When we took her out for her birthday dinner, she asked if she was finally 4 and when we said yes, she screamed at the top of her lungs. Loud noises don't really matter at Chili's. Of course the waiters sang to her and brought her a chocolate shake...much to Eric's embarrassment. One of the waitresses is a lady that lives on our street, so there was no way of getting out of it. Keira loved it.

Opening presents.
