Sleep

I recently realized that I don't sleep when Eric is gone. He's been gone for less than a week (he's on the mainland playing football...more on that later) and I am getting very tired. It's not that I toss and turn...I just don't go to sleep. Usually when he's here, I'm in bed around 10 pm. Since he's been gone, it's been around 12 -1 am (and I'm still getting up at 6 with Keira...little imp won't sleep in). I've finished 3 books in the last 3 days...actually nights. Makes me wonder how I survived the 8 months he was gone last year. Who needs sleep anyway.

That stinks that he is gone! I could send you a tape of me singing lullabyes. . . I'm a fantastic singer and my voice is so soothing!!! Maybe you should read boring books!! Plenty of time to sleep when your dead though!

Ammon was gone on business for a few days last week and I don't think I went to bed before 2am. Thank goodness for a weekend full of catch-up sleep!

Sleep is overrated, all you need these days is about 4-6 hours of sleep if that. Catnaps help out too!
