There's actually a spa on the first floor (which is also part of the facility). I had ultra-sounds with every visit which was twice a month until month 7 and then every week until Keira was born. My doctor was going to induce me 2 weeks before my due date (although Keira came the day before) and was incredibly nice! I got all my labs done there as well.
So, here's why I want to go back. So far, I haven't been able to get an appointment yet because first I had to get a blood pregnancy test done at the lab. Came back positive so I went back to the Women's Health Center only to be given a packet that says I need to go back to the lab to get more blood taken and a urine sample. So, I'm thinking okay NOW I can schedule an appointment. Wrong. I now have to go to Lester hospital for all care and I have to attend a "briefing" first that is only held on Wednesdays. Supposedly the "briefing" is about 2 hours long and they make you start your charts. THEN, I should be able to schedule an appointment. I've also been told you get an ultrasound once (probably at the 5 month mark) and that after delivering (in the shared rooms) you'll want to leave ASAP. So, here's hoping that I don't have any of the complications I had with Keira because they'll probably tell me to take some Tylenol and call them in the morning.

Whoa! You'll probably NEVER receive the same kind of treatment you did in Ogden again! That's amazing! My OBGYN in Texas only did 1 ultrasound and she refused to do my C-section any earlier than 1 week before my due date. But, I did get a private room--that will totally stink!
Um, that's a lot of stuff to go through just to make an appointment. I can't believe how fancy your place in Ogden was. Provo is seriously like communist Russia. I went to American Fork with Liam and this time too and it's tons better. I think it's because the doctor is "da bomb". So this is how things are done in the military. . . :)
Eh, Ogden, they do have nice facilities. Come back to texas and get the bestest of the world doctors. You know you want to be close to us. At least 30 minutes, you know how Eric and I get, especially if we have the stros. Well, feel better and call Kristen at 1 o'clock in the morning again, so she can kill me!!!
