A week ago, we hiked up to Higi Falls. It was beautiful and a bit on the long side. I thought it would be harder than it was though because everyone was telling us that it's a steep hike. Someone even told us that if we brought Keira we probably wouldn't make it (they turned around half way through). So, I was expecting some really hard hiking. There were really steep stairs (Japanese definitely do not believe in switch backs), but plenty of rest areas. My favorite part was the bridge that was suspended over the river. Please excuse my "trucker" outfit...I was going for the really, really comfortable look. Here's some pics.

I'm so jealous waterfalls are my absolute favorite. It looks gorgeous there!!!
